As meditation may be new to many participants, having an instructor matched to their backgrounds and experience may be an important criterion. The trainers were hand-picked for both their experience as practitioners of the technique and ability to create a positive engagement with participants.

Also, given that there are over 80 instructors who are geographically disperse, we look to minimize travel costs in order to save as much money as possible for our clients.

Just as with any corporate training session, class evaluations are handed out at the end of the class and the results are used to monitor the success of the class, as well as to maintain overall performance metrics for each instructor.
